This Privacy Policy explains how Aurakl Linforge ("Linforge", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Linforge mobile app, website, and related services.

Information We Process

Account information: Your email address and other information you choose to provide when creating an account or contacting support.
Learning content: Words, prompts, messages, recordings, images, and other content you submit to use Linforge features.
Usage and technical data: Feature interactions, diagnostic data, IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and app version.
Purchase information: Subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction references received from Apple or another payment provider. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.

Camera, Microphone, and Photos

Linforge requests access only when you choose a feature that needs it. Microphone access supports speaking and pronunciation features. Camera or photo-library access supports visual learning features. You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. Linforge does not access these resources without the relevant system permission.

How We Use Information

We process information to provide and personalize learning features, authenticate accounts, manage credits and subscriptions, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve reliability and performance.

AI and Service Providers

Content you submit for AI-powered features may be sent to service providers that process it on our behalf to generate the requested response, speech, transcription, or analysis. We also use providers for hosting, authentication, payments, and operational monitoring. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may manage device permissions in system settings and language or cookie preferences where available. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, by emailing us.
