Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurakl Linforge ("Linforge") mobile app, website, and related services. By using Linforge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Linforge may provide complimentary credits before a subscription is purchased. Credits are units for accessing eligible features; they are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except where required by law. Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple or the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rights are presented before purchase and are also governed by the provider's terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Linforge to violate law or others' rights, submit malicious or unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass usage or security controls, gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve Linforge and provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit your content.

Our Content

Linforge, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you.

AI-Generated Results

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for language-learning assistance, not as professional advice. You should independently evaluate important information.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may take reasonable action to protect users and the service. Linforge is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or when required by law. You may stop using Linforge at any time and request account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Linforge. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
